"Our room at Mecenate Rooms is fabulous.  We are located on the ground floor of a residential apartment building.  The courtyard is full of washing hanging out of the apartments, you know the thing you see in the movies, well like that.  We have our own key card and keys and constantly pass the residents in the entrance, which is cool, it's a way to practice Italian with a local. Once we checked in we were on our own.  It was as if we had moved into the area.  The Colosseum is right around the corner, less than a minute away.  Oh yeah, Justine's feet are squeaky on the floors, and we love Gelato."
